SNEAK PEEK #2 – QUICK DATA SNAPSHOTS WITH NEW HARVESTER AGENT
The agent is a program that runs in the background on client PC’s and waits for instructions from Harvester Server. Common E-Discovery collection requests include creating file inventories for data assessment, keyword search files and emails, and complete backups for selected items.
REMOTE SYSTEM SNAPSHOTS
Our new Harvester Agent can also produce file lists and data assessment reports for client PC’s in less than 2 minutes and search network file shares at more than 30+ terabytes an hour! Viper, Harvesters multi-threaded copy engine, quickly collects files to their native format or encrypted containers.
Our new Harvester Agent allows users to:
- Quickly create file inventory Snapshots of remote client systems and network file shares
- Select relevant collection items from data assessment reports
- Optionally, send collected items to Harvester Server processing engine
- Remotely install, update, monitor and remove agents
SNAPSHOT STATUS
With our Harvester Agent, deploying, updating and removal is easy and includes the power of an E-Discovery culling engine. You can run jobs in stealth mode, link to popular legal hold applications and optionally prompt users for relevant file and email locations.
